More than 40 years of environmental engineering experience in water, wastewater, air, and materials management. His work includes industrial treatment facility design, operation and maintenance, regional facility rehabilitation, permitting, and agency coordination. He has led an environmental consulting firm for more than 20 years, serving industrial and government clients.
Ángeles G. Gonzalez Ubarri, MEM
Civil and environmental project management and compliance experience, including contractor supervision and OSHA- and ISO-related training. Her work covers environmental permits and reports, procedures, plans, audits, and environmental training.
Widallys Collazo
Environmental compliance experience supporting industrial clients, with a focus on air permits and regulatory reports. Her work includes permit development, recurring reporting, audits, training, and sustainability metrics.
