VHA can address all the permitting and compliance needs of our clients. Services include preparing all the permits, monitoring permit compliance, maintenance of files, management of the permit process at the regulatory agencies.

Furthermore, we prepare and assist in the implementation of Plans and Procedures, such as the SWPPP, SPCC, Site assessments and others.

Our team offers comprehensive services for the operation and maintenance of treatment facilities, including startup coordination, O&M manual preparation, and troubleshooting. We specialize in storm water system characterization, flow monitoring, pollutant source identification, and permit application preparation. Additionally, we develop spill prevention plans, evaluate storm water controls, and help clients implement cost-effective water reuse strategies.

Taking a comprehensive view, we look at process wastes and compare the options of industrial pretreatment with discharge to a POTW. Our office has assisted in the development of other documentation for our clients, including “Permiso Unico”, labels for products (PRDOH), and “Certificado de Libre Venta”.
