César M. Vincenty, P.E. has more than 40 years of experience in the environmental engineering field. His work includes water, wastewater, air and material’s management primarily for industry. He has directed an environmental consulting firm for more than 20 years, and under his direction, projects related to documentation, solid waste, and air permits have been rendered to the government sector. In the industrial sector, his projects have included design work, operations, and maintenance of an advanced industrial treatment facility, permitting development, negotiations with the environmental agencies, and compliance work. sector. 

His projects have included design work, operations, and maintenance of an award-winning, advanced industrial treatment facility; and the rehabilitation and operation’s assistance of several large regional facilities with flows between 3 mgd and 40 mgd.

Ángeles Gonzalez’s background consists of civil and environmental engineering project management and compliance activities. Her work experience includes supervision of contractors; OSHA, ISO and trainings. She is experienced in general environmental compliance, permits and reports, development of procedures, plans, audits, environmental trainings, among others. 

Widallys Collazo  has experience in environmental compliance for industrial clients, she has concentrated in the development and regulatory reports of air permits. She has experience in all aspects of compliance, including regular reporting, permit development, audits, trainings, and sustainability metrics. (incluir MEM)
